Farokhirad’s journey in the financial services industry began in 1992 when he joined Wells Fargo Bank as a senior credit officer responsible for consumer lending in both first and second mortgages. Rising Through the Ranks:

From 1995 to 1999, Farokhirad assumed various leadership roles, serving as a Team Leader and Branch Manager. Entrepreneurial Ventures with Flamma, Inc. and Krave Kobe Burger Grill:

In 2010, Ardy Farokhirad embarked on an entrepreneurial journey by founding his own company, Flamma, Inc. Serving as President and Chief Financial Officer, he opened franchise restaurants under the Flamma Inc. brand. The entrepreneurial spirit led him to create his own concept, Krave Kobe Burger Grill, in 2013. The unique dining experience gained approval for franchising from the Department of Business Oversight, highlighting Farokhirad’s ability to bring innovation not only to banking but also to the culinary landscape.

In a significant transition in 2015, Farokhirad handed over the reins of his business to his wife, Fariba, and his son, Niven, as he made the decision to return to the banking profession. Joining California Bank & Trust as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for the Greater Southern California East Region, he continued to bring his wealth of experience and strategic thinking to the financial sector.

Current Role at JPMorgan Chase & Co.:

In 2018, Farokhirad’s journey in the banking sector led him to JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he assumed the role of Vice President. Currently serving as the Vice President and CTL Operation Manager, Farokhirad continues to contribute his expertise to one of the largest and most influential financial institutions globally.
