Day 4. Uttarkashi To Gangotri

On Day 4 of your Chardham yatra by road, after having breakfast, start early in the morning for Gangotri. Continuing through the Harsil valley, reach Gangotri, where you can take a holy dip in the Ganges at its source. Day 5. Uttarkashi To Guptkashi

Day 5 takes you from Uttarkashi to Guptkashi, which’s 220 kilometers away. The journey typically takes ten hours. Day 6. Guptkashi To Kedarnath

To reach Kedarnath through trekking, you will need to reach Gaurikund. After breakfast, the tour operator will organize transportation to Sonprayag. From there, local jeeps can be hired at your expense for the five-kilometer journey from Sonprayag to Gaurikund. After reaching Gaurikund, you will need to hike 14 kilometers to reach Kedarnath.

Alternatively, if you choose the helicopter option for visiting Kedarnath Dham, our driver will take you to the designated helipad (Phata, Guptkashi, Sirsi, etc.) in the morning, according to your reservation. Please provide the driver with the timing mentioned on your tickets a day in advance. It’s important to note that different helicopter services have helipad destinations. Day 7. Kedarnath To Guptkashi

Day 8. Guptkashi To Badrinath
